1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Eskort4u (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

4. No responsibility for meetings, contacts, or interactions

You acknowledge and agree that Eskort4u takes no responsibility and accepts no liability whatsoever for any meetings, contacts, communications, arrangements, transactions, or interactions of any kind that occur between users, whether arranged through the Platform or otherwise.

The Platform does not verify the identity, character, conduct, statements, or legality of the actions of any user beyond basic listing checks. Any decision to contact, communicate with, or meet another person is made entirely at your own risk.

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, harm, dispute, damage, or cost arising from any contact or meeting between users.

5. User conduct and content

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to post false, stolen, misleading, or unlawful content. Providers must own the rights to all media they submit and must comply with our listing rules.

Absolutely no content or activity involving minors, human trafficking, coercion, or any non-consenting person is permitted. Such activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Verification and moderation

We may, but are not obligated to, review, verify, moderate, suspend, or remove any listing or account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including for suspected violations of these terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eskort4u, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or from any interaction between users.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eskort4u and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your interactions with other users.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
